    Will Blocky block my real customers?

    Blocky only blocks visitors who match the rules you turn on: the countries, IPs, emails, phone numbers, names or addresses you choose, plus Bot Killer for VPN, proxy and bot traffic. You can whitelist IPs you trust.

    Can I stop a fraudster at checkout?

    Yes. The Customer Email, Phone, Full Name and Address blockers work on the checkout page, so a known fraudster can't complete the order even from a new device.

    Can I send visitors to another store instead of blocking them?

    Yes. The Country Redirector sends visitors from the countries you choose to another store or page.

    Can I change what blocked visitors see?

    Yes. The blocked page is customizable on every plan.

    Is Blocky hard to set up?
